General Booking Conditions – Blu Theatre Experience

1. Object

These conditions govern reservations relating to dinner events with shows organised by

By making a reservation, the Customer fully accepts the terms and conditions set out here.

 

2. Booking and Payment

Reservations are considered valid only after full advance payment has been made, according to the terms indicated at the time of booking. Payment confirms your participation in the event and implies acceptance of these terms.

 

3. Cancellations and Changes

Any cancellations or changes to the number of seats will only be accepted if communicated at least 96 hours before the scheduled booking time.

In such cases, the amount paid will be refunded minus any fees withheld by the payment circuit manager.
After this deadline, in the event of cancellation, reduction in the number of seats, or no-show, no refund will be provided.
In the event of non-participation or withdrawal by the Customer, it will not be possible to convert the reservation to another date or event.
By accepting these terms, the Customer hereby declares that he/she waives any request for reimbursement in the cases indicated above.

 

4. Delays

Entry will be guaranteed within 30 minutes of your scheduled reservation time. In the event of a significant delay, your table may no longer be available and no refund will be given.

 

5. Behavior and dress code

An elegant dress code is recommended.
The Client agrees to maintain respectful behavior towards staff, artists, and other guests. In the event of inappropriate behavior, management reserves the right to remove the Client from the event without refund.

 

6. Cancellation or Changes to the Event

In case of cancellation of the event by the venue, the Customer will have the option of obtaining a full refund of the amount paid, or
transfer the reservation to a new date, subject to availability.
The choice between a refund and rescheduling is up to the Customer, who will be promptly informed via the contact details provided during the booking process.

 

7. Cancellation of reservation and refund

You can cancel your reservation up to 3 days before the performance date. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
